There is a clear link between a great benefits package and a company’s ability to attract and retain quality employees. Studies show that employees rank dental coverage 2nd only to medical coverage in benefit importance. A recent study from Brill Street and Company found that 92% of Millenials reported that health, vision, and dental coverage is very influential when considering an employer.
Why do over 2,000 private sector and government employers trust Delta Dental of Idaho? Lots of reasons. Undeniable industry leadership, a full-range of products, the largest network of dentists and friendly, amazing industry professionals who care for your needs when you call. That’s a lot of reasons. It’s why 98% of our customers keep coming back year after year.
Quality dental plans with tons of options shouldn’t break your budget. We offer multiple PPO and Premier plan options that work on a voluntary (employee-paid) or employer-paid basis. Our plans offer zero waiting-periods at time of enrollment, consistent renewal rates, and even orthodontic discounts.
Delta Dental of Idaho has 45+ years of experience and resources to provide excellent dental benefits for large businesses. After all, dental benefits is all we do. Our flexible plan designs are created to accommodate a wide variety of groups. Highlights include Healthentic Report Card with employee utilization reporting capabilities, competitive rates, and even orthodontic discounts.
Voluntary options are a popular and effective option for many businesses, where benefits are partially or fully-paid by employees. A voluntary option can be added to any plan, for any group size. Plus, employees have access to our Orthodontic Discount Program which could save them thousands of dollars on orthodontia services.
This option allows employees and families to set aside part of their unused benefit dollars for larger, more cost-intensive procedures such as bridges, crowns, and root canals. With the increase in financial flexibility and healthier employees, this plan practically sells itself.
Delta Dental of Idaho currently provides dental benefits to the majority of Idaho’s school districts. We offer many of our best plan features, including benefit rollover, orthodontic services and access to our Healthentic Report Card to show employee benefit utilization reporting capabilities. Flexible plan designs mean budget friendly benefits and healthier employees!
