Electronic Guide for 834 File - Health Care Benefit Enrollment and Maintenance
We will set up a Secure FTP account where you will upload the 834 file after you encrypt it using the following public key PGP Public Key for Encryption.
Please submit the following information by email to the group's Eligibility Representative indicating that you are interested in implementing an electronic enrollment feed:
- If you are a Third Party Administrator (TPA)
- TPA Company Name
- TPA Contact Name
- TPA Address
- TPA Phone Number
- TPA Email Address
- Group Name

We can accept either a full file or a change file, depending on the needs of the group. Please discuss this with your group's Eligibility Representative.
This can vary depending on the needs of the Group. Weekly or monthly are standard.
The group number without dashes. For example: 99990000
Start with the group number followed by an underscore then any characters you want to help you identify the file followed by 8 numbers indicating the date followed by .834 and finally followed by .pgp (e.g. 9999_GroupXDental20170802.834.pgp)
