Plans for Small Groups (3-9 Employees)
All of our plan options for micro groups are non-voluntary, meaning the employer pays 100% of the dental premium for their employees. We offer seven unique dental plan options for businesses with fewer than 10 employees, including a cost-effective PPO plan option for employers that would like to offer dental coverage, but may not have been able to afford to do so in the past. Voluntary Plans for Groups (10-99 Employees)
All of our plans for groups with more than 10 employees are Voluntary plans, which means employers are not required to contribute toward the employee or dependent’s dental premium. And unlike other voluntary plans available in the market, Delta Dental does not have a waiting period for those employees and dependents that enroll when they are initially eligible. It is our goal to provide employers and their employees with affordable dental benefits, so we have been making quality dental coverage even easier and more affordable for groups. Value-Added Orthodontic Discount Program
In addition to a wide variety of plan options, we provide subscribers and their eligible dependents a discounted fee for adult and child orthodontia if they obtain care from a Delta Dental of Idaho Orthodontic Discount Program orthodontist. Optional Orthodontia Benefit through Delta Dental (25+ Employees)
Groups with more than 25 employees may add child orthodontia benefits to their Premier plans (applicable for plans with $1,000 annual maximum) or PPO 25 or PPO 50 plans. The orthodontic benefit pays 50% for covered services for eligible children up to the age of 19 years with a maximum lifetime benefit up to $1,000.
