Using a giant toothbrush, fun props and volunteers from the audience, Captain Supertooth is
played by an actor that travels to Idaho schools to teach and motivate Kindergarten through
2nd grade students on:
- The importance of having a healthy mouth
- Brushing and flossing
- Good Nutrition
- Visiting the dentist
Children volunteers from the audience pretend they are teeth with icky plaque and bacteria
stuck to them. Captain Supertooth quickly comes to the rescue, teaching children how to fight
plaque and decay.
The presentation is approximately 20 minutes and can be done for up to 100 students at a time.
All students attending the presentation receive a toothbrush, two-minute timer and a tooth brushing chart.
There is no cost to the students or the school for this program. Priority is given to schools
where 50% or more of the students qualify for free or reduced lunches.
